Rosalind Franklin, British biophysicist.

A British biophysicist, she photographed the structure of DNA in 1951. Her famous image “Photo 51” proves that DNA has a double-helix structure.

Watson and Crick used her results without crediting her and received the Nobel Prize in 1962. Franklin died at 37, without recognition during her lifetime.
